Martes 15

Buenos días familias,  disculpen las tardanzas pero teníamos problemas con el internet y la subida de archivos.

.

Hoy nos hemos despertado a las 8:35 y nos hemos ido a desayunar tostadas con mantequilla y mermelada, cereales y fruta. A las 9:30 hemos ido a la clase de inglés que dura hasta la 13:00, la hora de comer, hoy había perritos calientes, patatas fritas, brócoli además de ensaladas y  postre ( tarta de manzana con natillas). 

Tuvimos tiempo libre hasta las 15:00, a las 15:00 fuimos al cine a ver un corto vídeo sobre la capoeira y de su historia que procedía de los campos de esclavos donde "bailaban" capoeira como método para entrenar el combate sin ser descubiertos. Tras ello nos fuimos a practicarlo nosotros mismos. Merino nos dio unas nociones básicas de capoeira y mientras "bailábamos" escuchábamos numerosas canciones con raíz brasileña.

After these we play a game called Dunne here we had to find some papaers of our team while the other team try to catch you. If they catch you, you would have to go to jail and pass a prove that we decided.

Iremos poniendo más cosas, pero estamos teniendo muchos problemas con la wifi, que dificultan que os informemos. En todo caso, recordaros que va todo fenomenal,  que vuestros chicos y chicas se están portando fenomenal, son un grupo muy bueno y participativo, se están divirtiendo muchísimo, y  además....están aprendiendo ingles!!!

Nos queda muy poquito... mañana ya de regreso!!!

Lunes 14

Buenos días familias,

Empezamos nueva semana con otra vez inglés por las mañanas, no nos podemos creer que haya pasado tanto tiempo tan rápido. Ya no queda nada para volver.

Hoy nos hemos desertado a las 8:30, desayunado (tostadas, fruta, yougurt y cereales con leche) e ido a inglés a las 9:30. Nueva semana empezamos nuevo proyecto.

A la 13:00 hemos terminado las clases y hemos ido a comer lasaña además de lo de siempre (ensaladas, pastel de cereza, embutido...).

En el tiempo libre hasta las 15:00 nos echamos una guerra de globos de agua, pero justo antes de terminar el tiempo libre los monitores nos pillaron que habíamos empapado sin querer el gimnasio por lo que la próxima hora consistió en secar y limpiar el gimnasio y después nos mandaron deberes en inglés como castigo. Los que no tomaron parte en la guerra (solo 4 no la tomaron) pudieron disfrutar de una película. Después de la merienda que consistía en galletas y pasteles con leche comenzamos una actividad llamada acrosport, donde realizábamos figuras con nuestro propio cuerpo.

Después tuvimos algo de tiempo libre para las duchas hasta la cena donde cenamos pescado con patatas y verduras asadas además de ensalada y otros. Para la velada jugamos al juego de los famosos donde todos escribimos en un papel 5 famosos y después de los dos equipos se elegía a un voluntario que mediante mímica o solo descripción debía de explicárselo a sus compañeros para que estos lo adivinaran. Y luego... Buenas noches hasta mañana los monis y los niños nos vamos a la cama..

Hello families, 
We've started a new week with  English in the morning, we can not believe we spent so much time here because it feels that it went so fast. 
Today we woke up at 8:30, we had breakfast (toast, fruit, cereal with milk and yougurt) and gone to english at 9:30. New week, new project started. 
At 13:00 we finished classes and we went to eat lasagna plus the usual (salad, cherry pie, sausage ...). 
During our free time until 15:00 we did a water balloon war, but just before the end of time the monitors caught us, accidentally we soaked the gym so the next hour consisted of drying and cleaning the gym and then they gave us English homework as punishment. Those who did not take part in the war (only 4) could enjoy a movie. After the snack, which consisted on cookies and cakes with milk, began an activity called acrosport where we put our own body into shapes. 
Then we had some free time for showers until dinner where we ate fish and chips, grilled vegetables and salad. For the evening we played the famous game where everyone wrote 5 famous people on a paper after that the two teams chose a volunteer to mime or just a description, someone must explain to their peers so that they guessed it. And then ... Good night until morning mortis and children go to bed ..

Domingo 13

Buenas familias, 

Hoy hemos disfrutado un poco del domingo y nos hemos despertado a las 9:00,  para las 10 ya estábamos bien desayunados (desayuno continental (huevos, salchichas y beacon), leche con colacao, cereales y fruta) y con la mochila preparada para la marcha. 

Durante la marcha pasamos por altos campos de trigo, mucho verde (típico de aquí) y muchas flores. Fue una ruta muy chula ya que cada dos por tres teníamos que saltar vallas para continuar el camino.

Llegamos a la escuela sobre la 13:30 justo para comer pollo con patatas, verduras cocidas, además de lo de siempre (ensaladas, postre, pan, embutido...). Luego tuvimos algo de tiempo libre hasta las 15:00 donde algunos nos duchamos. A las 15:00 empezamos en el comedor un taller de manualidades desde pulseritas de goma hasta gafas de alambre de los Beatles, pasando por pulseras de abalorios, hilos, flores...etc. Terminamos sobre las 19:30 con 30 minutos de descanso para merendar donde comimos bizcochos con pera o manzana en almíbar, galletas y leche o zumos (la mejor comida del día). Después se fueron a duchar los que no lo habían echo antes y tuvimos poco tiempo libre porque íbamos a ver el partido de fútbol, algunos iban con Alemania y otros con Argentina por lo que nos pintamos de colores (unos más otros menos).

Good morning!

Today we enjoyed a bit the Sunday and we woke up at 9:00. At 10 we had breakfast (continental breakfast (eggs, sausage and beacon), milk, chocolate milk, cereal and fruit) and the backpack were prepared for the trekking.During the trekking we passed trought high wheat fields, lots of green (typical here) and many flowers. It was a very cool route because every now we had to jump fences to continue the journey. We arrived at the school about 13:30, we went right away to eat chicken with potatoes, cooked vegetables, in addition to the usual (salad, dessert, bread, sausage ...). Then we had some free time until 15:00 where some of us took a shower. At 15:00 we started in the dining room some craft: rubber bracelets,wire glasses to the Beatles,  bracelets beads, flowers ... etc. Ended about 19:30 with a 30 minute break for a snack, where we ate biscuits with apple or pear in syrup, cookies and milk or juice (the best meal of the day). Then those who did not showered before went to shower. At free little time we played soccer because we were practising  the football game, some were with Germany and others with Argentina so we paint colors (some more than others).

Sábado 12

Hola!

Hoy nos hemos despertado a las 8:30 y a las 9 teníamos que estar en el comedor para desayunar (embutido, cereales, tostadas, fruta, leche...).

A las 9:30 estábamos preparando nuestras mochilas y recogiendo nuestros picnic para subirnos en el autobús a las 10. Una hora y media tardamos en llegar a Liverpool.

Cuando llegamos allí nos fuimos directamente al museo de los Beatles, nos dieron unas audioguias para poder seguir, aprender y escuchar el trayecto de los Beatles desde sus inicios. Allí descubrimos su historia, fue una experiencia muy interesante ya que muchos de nosotros no conocíamos de su existencia. Al final del museo había una tienda de recuerdos donde os compramos alguna cosilla ;).

En cuanto terminamos andamos por el puerto hasta un museo Elvis and Us donde fuimos a un cine en 4D que nos gustó mucho a todos (nos tiraban agua, pompas, aire a presión y todo mientras que veíamos una película y los asientos se movían). 

Al terminar nos fuimos a un parquecito en frente donde todos nos tomamos nuestro picnic.

Tras asentar algo la comida nos fuimos al centro (que son dos calles) donde nos dejaron algo de tiempo para hacer nuestras compritas y visitar la ciudad, estábamos divididos en grupos y teníamos algo más de una hora para ir al punto de encuentro. Una vez en el punto de encuentro el tiempo empeoró y empezó a llover pero menos mal que ya era hora de irnos, nuestro autobús salía a las 17:30.

Llegamos a la escuela a las 19:20 directamente para cenar unas hamburguesas con tomate, lechuga y cebolla además de patatas y lo de siempre (verduras, ensaladas, postre). Después de la cena tenemos tiempo libre hasta las 21:00 para ducharnos y relajarnos un poco. 

A las 21:00 comenzaba la velada, hoy hicimos la pasarela fashion donde 4 equipos debían vestir en cada categoría (al más elegante, al más zombie/animal, al más hortera, al más gracioso...) de esta manera al final cada miembro del grupo estaría vestido de una categoría diferente. Tras hacer el desfile los monitores votaban a cada persona individual del 0-5.  Y después... Buenas noches hasta mañana los monis y los niños nos vamos a la cama....

Hello there! 

Today we woke up at 8:30 and at 9 we had to be in the dining room for breakfast (sausage, cereal, toast, fruit, milk ...). 

At 9:30 we were getting our bags and collecting our picnic to get on the bus at 10. Took an hour and a half to get to Liverpool. 

When we got there we went straight to the Beatles museum, we got some audio guides to follow, learn and listen to the Beatles since its beginnings. There we discovered its history, it was a very interesting experience because not many of us knew of its existence. At the end of the museum there was a souvenir shop where We bought you some things;). 

As we finished, we walked along the harbor to a museum  called Elvis and Us where we went to a 4D cinema; we liked them all (it threw water pumps, air pressure and all while we watched a movie and the seats moved). At the end we went to a small park in front where we all had our picnic. 

After eating the food we went downtown (which are two streets) where we were allowed some time to do our shopping and sightseeing, we were divided into groups and we had a little over an hour to get to the meeting point. Once at the meeting point, the weather got worse and it started to rain but thankfully it was time to leave, our bus left at 17:30. 

We arrived at the school at 19:20 we went directly to the Dining room to eat burgers with tomato, lettuce and onions plus potatoes and the usual (vegetables, salad, dessert). After dinner we have free time until 21:00 to shower and relax a bit. 

At 21:00 started the evening, today we did the fashion show, 4 teams had to put a costume on one of the team in each category (the most elegant, the most zombie / animal, the tacky, the funniest ...) so in the end each group member would dress in a different category. After making the parade monitors voted the model from 0-5  . And then ... Good night until morning chaperons and children are going to bed ....
